1 · Nature of the Service
Through the shinloo.com website, gpu.shinloo.com compute services, and the api.shinloo.com (Xinrui Compute) API gateway, we provide compute resources and AI model API forwarding services. The API gateway routes requests to third-party model vendors in a compatible format; we are not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, any model vendor, and model names are used only to describe interface compatibility.
2 · Accounts and Keys
You must provide true and accurate entity information, keep your API keys confidential, and take responsibility for all activity under your account. Abuse or breach may result in keys being revoked at any time.
3 · Top-ups and Credit
Purchased credit is consumed at the published rates, metered by token. Credit is valid for the long term with no expiry date; rate changes are announced in advance, and balances already topped up are not affected retroactively.
4 · Invoices
Enterprise customers may request a VAT invoice: issued according to the actual amount consumed, and the invoice title must match the entity that completed identity verification; unused top-up balances are not invoiced. Invoice requests are submitted through support channels and are normally issued within 7 business days; amounts already invoiced are not invoiced again.
5 · Refunds
Unused top-up balances may be refunded: submit a request through support channels and, after verification, the amount is returned via the original payment channel, with any payment-channel fees already incurred deducted from the refund. Consumed amounts are not refunded. Where laws or regulations provide otherwise, those provisions apply.
6 · Acceptable Use
You must not resell access without authorization, probe or interfere with the service, use it for illegal content, or present this service as the official product of any model vendor. Accounts in violation will be suspended.
7 · Limitation of Liability
This service is provided "as is", and upstream vendors may interrupt or adjust models. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent 3 months.
8 · Resale and Agents
Reselling access requires our prior approval and a wholesale agreement. Approved agents operate independently under their own products and bear full responsibility for pricing, support, invoicing, tax, refunds, abuse handling, and compliance toward their own customers, and must not describe this service as the official product of any model vendor. We may approve, reject, suspend, or remove an agent at any time.
9 · Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms; updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10 · Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these terms are all governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms or this service shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the competent people's court in Shanghai.
